James Woods has his masters in counseling, is a registered yoga instructor, and is CEO of Dat Yoga Dude: a health and wellness organization that provides equitable solutions for educators and students. For over a decade he has focused on developing evidence-based practices which are aligned with social emotional learning competencies to create lasting change in schools, organizations, and communities. James is an author, speaker, teacher and founder of “Million Man Meditation,” an annual event providing wellness resources for the community from African American men.
