Join Black Light Arts Collective at the Black Panther Party Museum as we foster a nurturing third space for Black artists to share their work. Our Mission is to serve as a space where artists gather to reify ideas, stories, and expressions of Black imagination. Blackness is the void in which anything can be created—the beginning of everything. Black creativity encompasses the historical, present, and future realities of the Black Diaspora. Black Light Arts Collective is a space for stories, art, and performance that replenish agency to black voices. We reject racism, violence, ableism, genderism, sexism, bigotry, and white supremacy. We too reject stories and energy that cause harm to marginalized people groups.
